seen a few cars with a sorta blue LED look under the bonnet (which i assume is done with blue LEDs )

am thinkin about doing something like that with mine (ie place a few little lights under the bonnet) wiring will be easy enuf, just wanna know what type of lights to use really... dont give a shit if they funky colours or anything, just want something fairly bright...

was also thinkin about putting a couple of normal bulbs in the soundproffing at the top of the bonnet, so they shine down on the enginebay, wot ya recon?

do you need a special type of bulb etc. if youre using it on a 12v system or will any old bulb work?

 

quite alot of cars come with a small lamp fixed to the underside of the bonnet mate, just a standard bulb holder with a side light fitted. get your self down the scrappy and walk away from the blue neons
