Default Were T3's on 1989 Sierra Cosworths water-cooled?

I have bought a T3 on the cheap to use as a trade-in or have reconditioned. I've suddenly realised that I haven't checked with the seller whether it's water-cooled. It's off of a 1989 Sierra Cossworth, is it water-cooled? Are there any other dfferences I need to be aware of when ftting it to an Fiesta RST engine?

So to fit it to a 1600 CVH turbo I need to swap the exhaust housing to an Escort RST one.

Is this simple or are there other changes needed to accomodate the exhaust housing swap?
