What springs to go for?

Have heard good reports on both Eibach and Ahmed Bayjoo but which is best? Anybody here use either of these. Comments please.

Oh, and i've got Koni shockers.

I will be going for the Ahmed spec springs, never heard a bad word said about them.

As above really, never heard a bad word, i have chassis dynamics just now but im changing the rear for coil-overs, cant complain tho there new and havent had any probs with them either
