Default anyone got mudflaps on their cossie

as title just wondred people with mudflaps on their cossie what type of mounting clamps they used just bought some universal flaps with the ford and rs logo on they came with bulky clamps with the m6 bolt through them but im sure they will catch on full lock and they look cr@p

Yes they do look nasty so i ended up buying the same but blank ones from my local motor factors and bought some FORD RS sticker things from ebay to replicate the original FORD RS you get.

Fricken stickers flew off but the mudflaps look much better now without that RS logo



oh and to your question yes the universal block things fit behine your arches and no they dont catch

Are your old RS mudflaps for sale? I've a Flint Grey cossie and it needs brightening up!

Im the same, never caught on mine with they type of bolts, i have ( had ) original ford ones but my cars low and when im heavy on the right foot they sometimes catch the ground, which resulted in me taking them of before one flew of and took someone out

Mine's got the standard Ford mudflaps on and they don't catch, when I bought it the flaps were so high they didn't do fuck all! First mod was lowering them down it's looks pretty good now

bought some clamps today from bristol street got twenty i know a bit excessive but put some flaps on my mrs zetec s so got enough to put three clamps on each flap
the flaps are the ones with RS THEN FORD next to it and rallye sport underneath that there not stickers they are printed on
