Default my current project (black s2) bumper now fitted

Modified front bumper with middle section cut out and bumper strips all smoothed out witch requires loads and loads of sanding to be done the lightly sand with very fine sand paper to get a smooth finish

Then filled the bumper strips with filler and sand down to get a smooth as possible finish and also sanded down the bottom lip so a smooth finish

Bumper fitted with vr6 splitter lots of cutting involved now finished ready to prime and paint

While waiting for bumper to be sprayed I started on the alloys first I primed the alloys

Primed alloys front and back with 5 coats of primer

Then I sprayed started spraying the alloys black 1 coat at a time total 11 coats of smooth black paint and 5 coats of lacquer to make them shine nice.

I then started on the centre caps

I sanded down the caps to bare metal and then applied 3 coats of primer and 11 coats of paint and 5 coats of lacquer then put the rs badges on them to make them look better

Then I stated buying some things for the car

rs turbo bad boi bonnet with chrome rain catchers

Bumper primed needs few bit sanding down to get a smooth finish

and how the car looks at the moment

let me know what you think

cheers dan
