Default Brake Proportioning Valve?

Hi

I'm fitting rear disc conversion on my mk4 escort van running s2 setup.
My questions is, if i'm fitting Brake Proportioning Valve do i still need to run through the brake conpensator (not sure if thats the name of it looking into the engine bay left hand side right at the back of engine two pipes going in from servo then guessing two out run to the back of the van).
Or would i bin this and then just run straight to the valve then t-piece off as i get to the rear disc.

Many thanks

Just run the brake pipe from the master cylinder to the brake proportioning valve and then on to back of the car where you t it off to each rear caliper.Regards,Micky

When you say brake proportioning valve?

Do you mean an in-car bias valve, or the things that bolt to the suspension at the back to adjust the braking accordingly?
