right i am breaking my mk5 rs2000 track car but several of my parts are cosworth.

bilstein ford 909 motorsport front tarmac spec coilovers (500/200)with springs £350
bilstein ford 909 motorsport rear tarmac spec coilovers (375/130) complete with 4ins helper springs and springs ect £350
(600 quid if both go together) Both coilovers are 4x4 sapphire or escort cosworth fit

rs2000/escort cosworth morette quad lights with the inner lights taken out, just needs paint £165

dark green injectors with new seals fitted £120

I also have a pair of 4x4 cosworth cams which look to be in perfect condition (could be bd10`s) offers

rs 3 spoke wheel with mk5 boss £75 (this is the rarer and better looking 3 spoke wheel)

no mate my rs2000 has been off the road almost a whole year now

these coilovers are the bollocks and i spent ages trying to find them lol

 

Any idea what the spring rates are please?

 

I dont know what they are mate but the back coilovers are on my car at the mo and they dont move

is there any way to find out do you know????

i have never used this suspension and all i planned to do was set them up and do a track session/day to see whats what then decide if they are to stiff or not stiff enough and replace them if not happy.
