Can anyone please tell me what spacer/bracket is required to fit Escort Cosworth front brakes to a Series 2 RsTurbo?

the calipers are near enough a straight replacment or you MAY need to use a 1mm washer on both the bolts to centralise to hub and you need to use 2 w/d Cos discs job done!

depends if there 2wd or 4wd calipers the 4 wd one are a right pain to fit

You mean the 2wd drive ones.......4wd ones are piss easy to fit.
