I use the Magnex one with a 3" tail pipe (rolled in).

Why?

1. Because it bascially follows the std system (splits into two silencers then back to single pipe for back box)

2. Because the 3" pipe doesnt make me look silly

3. Because the Scorpion on the car when I bought it (admittedly 10 years ago) dragged along the floor, and was designed by a brain dead muppet.

4. Because it was very similar to the design of the Janspeed mild steel pipe which was one of the best I ever had

Not for everyone though - as always above is IMHO

I have had a MAGNEX and SCORPION, personally I like the scorp better as it is louder, but NOT too loud.
Quality of both is ace, maybe slightly better on magnex.
