Saff rear speakers which ones?

Saff rear speakers which ones?
Want some rear deck speakers for my cosworth, what size fit straight in? will 6x9s go in? if not what size is need pls and which make are good.thanks

5.25inch will fit straight in mate, although 6x9's will go in with a bit of cutting

I put 6x9s in mine n had 2 cut the holes out with a grinder.Ive seen cossies with 6x9s mounted on a piece of wood n then fitted 2 the little shelf where the original speakers go.

cheers guys,do 5.25s give a reasonable sound? i guess 6x9s would be alot better sound?

Well ive had 6x9s in my last 4 cars n i think they sound good.Sound even better when using an amp.

If you are running a sub then go for the 5.25's if not then 6x9's will give a bit more bass than 5.25's. It really depends what your after

just after a nice sound really nothing amazing. wont be using a sub want to keep the weight down

I'd probably go for 6x9's then, otherwise you may find it lacks a bit of punch.
