I just bought more or less a complete set of rear bushes and the front anti rolll bar, top strut mounts and steering rack ones from here, think i was under a Ł100.

See if this is any help to you fella.

If you're looking to keep it nice and simple just buy original rubber bushes, those deflex ones cause a lot of problems with the rear wishbones, and to be perfectrly honest the suspension bushes are usually 20 years old..........so they last a fair while..........someone will shout me down saying deflex will last forever but sadly a Ford won't last forever and i bet you a jam tart new rubber bushes out live the car

No idea on prices mate, tbh though pattern bushes won't be too dis-similar.

I do have a gut feeling though the rubber bushes could be a little more than the deflex ones.

Which ones are you looking to change as ive just remembered the rear wishbone bushes are part of the wishbones and cant be replaced for standard items.

Have you pressed the bushes out of the wishbones then?

Dont want it to be like riding a shovel just want it how it should be so I suppose new ford bushes will be the ticket, and get some crapflex for the ones that cant be replaced. I know deflex are shit cos I got the full set on the front and they dont fit well at all.
Just need some prices for ford ones now.

As i say it'd be worth checking out pattern parts, most of them are just like rubber cottom reels so theres not really much between them and genuine Ford.

And to be honest it should be easy for someone at ford to find that, click on Escort 1986-1990 and then in the graphical index click the rear suspension section
