Rubber mats are the way to go but they aren't too nice to look at, but will save your carpet/floor pans when it rains - and dont forget we get a lot of rain
Hence why I have both.
The mats from Tesco are only around Ł15 and are very thick and good quality. I have a set in my Vec and do 100 miles round trip to work and back and they are great. Not only are they soft on your feet they prevent carpet wear as the mats take the heel dent and not the carpet.
I have some custom made ones, they are nice and thick and top quality. I can't remember who made them now. They cost around Ł100 for 4, and I have only ever used the 2 fronts lol.
Simple, no tack and in keeping with the colour scheme inside the car.
Tony ive got to ask why is there so many random wires hanging down in the shots?
Because the car was still being put together at that point. It had no engine or ECU in it at that time and I was waiting for parts to come back from being Flocked.
