Greys.....and fooking fitting em
Fitting the kit has been the hardest part of the engine build
Right so i got the kit on.......the end which sprays only came with a plastic washer a seal and a cap.....now i have it as plastic washer (which is loose on injector but is the perfect size for the inlet manifold) a seal and then the cap....does that sound right????????
Now i have heard run without a cap......no can do or the plastic washer/o-ring would just fall off..the cap actually holds it together in the inlet. So how big to i drill the cap out to????As big as poss??Is that gonna be enuff to give a good spray pattern???
Many thanks.
Throw the plastic washer/ring away, it's wank and not what you need
Get some standard EFI washers to go above the o-ring, should be able to pick them up at any tuners
Interpro sent me some for mine FOC
Drill the pintle cap out to 3mm or leave it off, the choice is yours
Fitting greys for the first time is a twat cos the fitting kit is wank
, once you've done it once tho

Good point Matt!
Cheers people....i think Gurn E the plastic ring will be tried first as it fits in the inlet nicely...if it fooks up will look at the metal washer
So no caps needed.
