what engine oil and plugs would you recommend on a standard s2, car only done 1800 miles in 12 months, is it worth changing the fuel filter.i was only going to change the oil, oil filter, plugs.

Standard S2 I would recommend the following for a service.
10w40 semi synthetic oil (mobil 1, castrol etc)
Plugs (Motorcraft 071c)
Original Ford oil Filter
Fuel Filter is always good to change.
