how exactly does paypal work? ive just signed up last week,paid for something on ebay,checked how its going and it says i have to wait till next week before the e-cheques has cleared? i thought paypal meant you paid instantly? whats with all this waiting?

 

i think you must have a basic account and didn't have any money in it, you need to verify it and link it to a bank acc. then all money transactions are instant

 

you dont ned any money in it as such. as long as its linked to a bank account it should work, if there's no money in your paypal account then it takes the money from your bank. never heard of an e-cheque tho :S
