right i still cant get fuel out of my injectors i was told to run the pump constantly and open the flap all i got was a whinning sound and the sound of the fuel pump changed i couldnt tell what sort of sound because of the noise from the injectors anyone any ideas what to do next

 

have u tested that u are getting fuel to the fuel filter?
run the pump constantly and take of the fuel lines off the filter

second... u have fuel right?

 

yeah im getting fuel to the metering head but thats as far aas its getting

 

u have all the connections onnected...
fuel ecu is connected... do u have a extra/spear fuel ecu? if so. try that

 

yeah ive got another fuel ecu will try it tomorrow whats the easiest way to get into the fuel comp

 

If you're getting noise from the injectors surely they are spraying then

Unlikely to be the fuel ECU as KE operates in limp home mode should something fail.

 

Yea as safechav sais, suerly their is fuel coming from injectors if they are making noise (like a horrible squeeling noise?)

did u have the injectors out the inlet to see if they were spraying fuel?

You said in your last post it starts and sounds like a scooby - i'd look at ignition side of things...

also, you say if u take oil cap off it smells of petrol...well sais to me its geting petrol but its not getting burnt!

Take plugs out, get someone to turn it over an check for a spark, give them a wire brush an stick em back in.
