How do I upload vid on here
I got a vid of RSOC track action. How do i upload it from my receieved files folder onto here?

you should have some free websapce from your isp as well! you just upload it to your webspace and then put the link here

Right its on my server. Took along time to come through on email !
Its BIG - 11.5 megabytes - NOT DIALUP FRIENDLY.
Link below takes about 2-3 minutes to load on broadband.
It is a good video though
