Default New brake disc's on a 3 door

A bloke i work with said to me last week he has got 2 new front disc's and 2 new rear disc's for my 3 door , so today he took them into work for me,there still in the ford boxes but they are covered in surface rust, so tonight ive got the wire wheel out to clean them up but theres still some slight pitting on all 4 discs, are these ok to use like this???????
