I think i will get the bike .............but ...then again ....
Anyone on here got both? (bike and cossie)
Wish i could have them both

i dont have new ninja, but i do have a yam thundercat...
and im building a 3dr lol
if the car is as quick accelerating as the bike then im on to a winner...
but if not, you cant beat a bike for out and out speed

I had an R1 and my only Cossie experiences are my mates Saph's and 2 Escort Cossies(all stage 3)...... tough one really but I think if it was me then I would have a bike.
However you probably get a lot more use out of 3 door......... If it was an Escort I would have that EVERY time. Other thing is the bike will lose money like mad, bikes are replaced so quick now, the 3 door should hold price and maybe go up.....
Sorry can't really help much but that's my opinions. Bikes are bloody great and learning to wheely is one of the best things I can ever remember(some say it's showboating but once I had learned I couldn't care who could see me and would do it in the middle of no where as the feeling is second to none!!!

I have a pretty sorted stage 3 saff cossie and a gixxer 750.
If i had to choose for you which to buy i'd say 3 door!
If you're set on buying a bike why buy brand new? I'm so against it its unreal
Let someone else lose the vat and add a few goodies then snap it up cheaper after 6-12 months

I never notice you're car under your name, you have a 4x4 saff?? If thats the case i'd buy the bike LOL. No need to have a saff and a 3 door is there!
Ideally sell the saff and buy a 3 door and a bike

Bike. all day long
The cost of running a cosworth will easily outpace the depreciation and running costs of the bike

money would go on the bike, to keep with that on the road or strip you are looking at 400+ bhp, about £10k worth of motor maybe? Bike
I have a 750 GSXR and a Stg 3 sapphire cossie, bike would leave it for dead everytime, it is only a matter of time before you come off a bike though IMO so far, usually not your own fault either

Ha ha, I knew you would crumble at getting another Cossie..
I am scouring for a 3 door at the moment for myself, or I may just let you buy a minter then buy it off you when you want a bike again

Using a 88 zx10 around 140 when de-restricted
Now a proper 10R engine at 180bhp is what you REALLY wanted

Went to bikers cafe at sherburn up here last year and i couldn't believe all the old giffers blasting in on R1's etc
very true .
i think people are too busy playing with gagets in cars these days and aren't aware of bikes around them ,
the new bikes are soo quick aswell! quite easy to push to your own abilility and over and off!
i think they demand total respect!
