Default Collections of old Ford mags. Any value? Plus old pics!

Due to moving soon, I'm having to clear out a load of stuff, and realised I still had all my Ford mags stored away.

This is obviously not a for sale post (unless they're worth a fortune ), but I just wondered if they have any value to sell?

Can't believe how many I had, bearing in mind I chucked away nearly all my old Max Power, Revs, and Fast Car from 1993 to 2000.

I know the Cosworth specials are a bit of a collector's item, and I do have them as well, but wondered about 4 or 5 years worth of complete mags..

Example of Fast Fords:

Also found this one - first one I think I ever bought in March 92:

Still with the mint original poster in the middle:

Not a for sale post!

Personally, I was thinking about giving them away, as I just need to get shot really.

Got some quality Max Powers from 93, and some early Revs with loads of Ford shootouts in em. Binned over 300 other mags last year too.

Christ knows what that lot's cost me over the years....

Rich,

If the binders are complete, sell them as a collection on the 'Bay. The Cosworth specials you should sell individually.

Sell the early '90s mags as a job lot, and anything left over, either skip or give them away.

i've got a list somewhere so i'll dig it out and then pass the rest around if you like

That's what I thought. Think I've got complete Fast Ford from Jan 01 to Dec 05, and I've seen those Cosworth specials going for Ł5 a piece easily.

Mauly - don't think you'd be allowed to stick them in your carry on!

Think I might stick what I can on Ebay as suggested then, and give the rest away.

Loving the Escort though - reported 600bhp in 1992! Will look at the article and see if it's still on a T4!

Yes, that's what it is - gay porn!

Mike said he'd swap me the entire collection for an engine with a cracked liner!

Are you moving near me?
Looking for older mags for S1 pics for the database.

Cosworth specials go for between Ł5 and Ł10 normally dependant on how lucky you are (on ebay) if no-one else is watching them.

If you fancy looking through and disposing of the mags with S1's on the COVER then get in touch: will cover the postage as they aren't for sale, technically.
