Right, i see em, but there not loose!! It is loose a little bit, but not from there, the bracket that attachs it to the turbo is loose, about a 13mm nut? Could that be it??

It could be...
Depends how loose we are talking about though, if its just flexing a little as its pressurised then NO. If the bolts are physically loose, then yes.

Right, ive spotted the 2 bolts that hold the bracket on, they are both loose!! 
Will get teh car over my pit in me garage tonight and tighten up!!

you're welcome mate, that's what makes this forum great. now we've solved the problem for free for you, put the money that you would've spent getting it sorted at a garage into passionford to keep it up and running.

Please help!!! I had a few things come loose (inc the exhaust fall off at perfomance ford shoot out at burnters
it was on the job to do list but never got round to doing it
