by that i assume you mean you never put thr actuator rod on properly doo?

not the rod end the actuator end .stupid size fooking nuts could never find the correct ones

came loose a few times in the past

Where the acuator fits onto the turbo 2 nuts about 10mm spanner size

Right, i see em, but there not loose!! It is loose a little bit, but not from there, the bracket that attachs it to the turbo is loose, about a 13mm nut? Could that be it??

It could be...
Depends how loose we are talking about though, if its just flexing a little as its pressurised then NO. If the bolts are physically loose, then yes.

yes mate it would be ok to drive.
yep would be that bracket thing then but it`s a right fooker to get to prob have to take the acuator off to tighting the bracket up

Right, ive spotted the 2 bolts that hold the bracket on, they are both loose!! Will get teh car over my pit in me garage tonight and tighten up!!

Arrrgghh!!! its come loose again, any idea why it would be doing this?? I only tightened it up an hour ago, and its come undone again!!! Please help!!!

locking nut!!!?? tighten it up, get 2 nuts the same and tighten them onto the tightened nuts

I think you better lock tight everything

I had a few things come loose (inc the exhaust fall off at perfomance ford shoot out at burnters
it was on the job to do list but never got round to doing it
