i have a S2 ERST and want to get cossie management in a few months. what do i have to have done or need doing (if anything) to my car b4 i can get it done.

I would say make sure the engine is a good un before you spend alot of time/money on it,

i say take it to karl and have the mfi looked at before ya spend a grand on cossie management for nothing

 

there is lots u need to do, but its part of the conversion.

Gadget has a complete list of everything u will need.

 

There are other options to Cossie management mate.

I was determined to get Cossie management on mine but was talked into a 5th injector. And I can say I'm glad I was as the results were impressive.

Have achat to a few people and look at all your options before jumping into anything. Gadget seems highly rated and seeing the workmanship on a couple of his cars I really can't fault him or his conversions in any way

I dont think you would ever NEED cossie management on a 1.6 RST when running below the 280bhp mark as mentioned the 5th injector will do the job perfectly.

But for the price of a fully mappable 5th injector and having it mapped and fitted etc, your well on your way to paying for a full management change which is the route i took

If you do go cossie management.... Gadget is your man
