Default S2 LOOM/XR3I PLEASE HELP

HEY ALL JUST WANTED 2 KNOW THAT WHEN I PUT A RS TURBO LUMP INTO MY XR3I. WHAT DO I NEED 2 DO WITH THE LOOM?DO I NEED TO PUT THE WHOLE RS TURBO LOOM IN THE XR3I AND REMOVE THE XR3I LOOM OR CAN I JOIN IT ONTO THE XR3I LOOM?THANKS F OR THE HELP

I personally would swap the looms over. The time it will take you to successfully integrate the two looms far outweighs the hour or two to strip the necessary trim panels inside and the dash (10-15 minute job for the dash) and pull the loom into the engine bay and refit accordingly.

have known people to cut the XR loom just by the pillar and join the Rs looms together believe it to be 6 wires to join (cant remember exactly) but when I did it I changed the whole loom as car was all stripped out!

A good 15-20 wires at least

OKAY COOL THANKS I WAS LOOKING AT A POST ON HERE AND SUM1 SAYS THEY JUST CAT THERE LOOM,BUT FOR ALL THE EXTRA TIME ITS GONNA TAKE IM REMOVING THE WHOLE LOOM I THINK

Removing the whole loom is the fool proof way, i expect you'll end up cutting the 5 wires which run up the A pillar though you can't get them out with the sunroof drainage pipes in situ
