Default Fiesta Turbo not well

Ive just bought a Fiesta Turbo, and its running rough, it holds back before boosting and splutters. Ive changed the plugs and leads but still no change.
Anyone got any ideas????

I would be looking first at the CTS as a suspect, this is used to determine the fuel mix at all temperatures and sets the vast amount of the fuelling level, though there are trims, ie TPS MAP/MAF etc the vast majority is based on hte reading from CTS, and this is the main corrective factor for CO

Has it been chipped, mine had a superchips and the chip would slowly come out of the ecu (even when taped in) when you pushed it back in it was fine !
