Been away a while vans been of the road sinse september getting welded,jigged and all new panels put on got it back two month go just had it painted diamond white still waiting for body kit. This year its got a roof spoiler 1 piece back door two seats (as only had 1 last year). Since last time a was on its had 4 engines got a fully rebuilt series 2 engine now with mahle pistons, bvh, fast road cam, unlimited boost chip T38 T4 high hybrid turbo, GRS intercooler and paddle clutch.

New pics of engine built up made boost pipes out of stainless to make sure they dont collapse under boost and found some red pipes samco ones lying in garage and used them.

just my lass forgot to say its got 330mm discs and buar calipers on and loads hav changed since nearly 2 year ago

 

your cars are sex,mate how much is your onion lowered by?i might get some rs7s and lower it 60mm,dont know though,nice s1 whats the spec on the onion?

 

Orion lowwered 40mm 1 coil cut of back half a coil of the front to sit level on rs turbo shockers. the s1 is getting painted this summer back to diamond white has got van engine in been running it in.

hi bought s1 couple ov month ago and blew engine up used it to run my van engine in and it wasnt me goin to break it

 

a dont want to paint it really but proper s1as mint as that and wanted a one for ages had canny few even lhd 1 but broke that for spares for my cabby and other a reshelled and a neva paid loads for it as a normally dont

 

just put it on my transit recovery truck hoover floor mora and waxoil floor then change dash the carpet and other bits and bobs should be gettin kit back this week from paintin and roof spoiler and rear bumpers

big arent they gave my mate 100 for them nearly brand new puttin cossy discs and calipers on rear just got other s2 last week F30 POW if anyone knows of it would like to hear

 

ps and my van is a mk4 g reg converted 4 year ago love mk3s goin to start puttin engine in next week a hope just cleaned gearbox ready to paint silver and engine all black

 

nice car, the s1 could do with a respray though imo

 

a dont no what to do with yellow s1 might paint it either white or black

 

justput gearbox and driveshafts in the day and metering head wouldve done more but have bad toothache

 

just got kit backrear bumpers roof spoiler and mirrors and had tooth out the day and hopefully gets sum pics on mora

 

just put more pics on ov my van the day done the kit and spoiler on and since pics put rear bumpers on

 

goin to donnington park sunday get series one stripes and maybe black plates may find other things for that or the oroin or my cabby

the s1 had engine prob wen a bought it so a changed engine just bought other s2 engine for it at weekend and got black plates for my van and bits and bobs for it and the nite got airfilter thro inside headlight on the twin lights looks nice

took s1 engine out the day gettin ready to put all toys on for van hopefully the weekend itll be runnin and sorted out ds inner headlight with top ov cheapy airfilter pics defo the mora

 

engines in piping it up paddle clutch in and new turbo havin probs putin fan between intercooler and rad broke rad lug off coz turbos to big had to move them forward -31 catcthin rad

 

got rad off my mate for Ł20 the day and mod the front to get it on and put fan between that and intercooler and my mate gave me load ov stainless pipes and i made boost pipes out ov it coz we reckon they will colapse on full boost and its nearly there ps any comments would on it would be nice

Doing a mk4 myself at mo first attemp lot harder than i thought. What turbo is that looks huge?

how did you lower rear, springs under the axle?

turbos a t34 t4 bought it off me pal brandnew in box for Ł40 and twat to fit had to cut chunk out ov gearbox coz a didnt want to use spacer plate

 

That looks fucking amazing mate, but i'd take the spoiler off if it was mine, not to my tastes really.

 

hi mate a dont like spoiler but honestly if you no anyone in gateshead who nos the van the back lifts and starts to float at 140mph that why a need it on

 

finished all wiring up under bonnet front end all done got flu so takin bit longer gearlinkage and dash the mora

 

done gear linkage and exhaust on and putin flamer on and have it running the mora slight electrical fault got my other s2 up garage and taking rear cossy discs and calipers off for van and big front ones off for orion off the s2

 

had it started and after a dicky fuel pump relay delayed us put new ford oil and filter on and b finished a hope this weekend

 

put new crossover pipe on the day and tried most ov the day to bleed brakes but couldnt bias valve fucked and ordered new one before and just blanked rear brakes off and took it out on road with trade plates not boostin properly think timings mile out with havin vernier pulley on try book in to get set up sick as

 

booked in next week for to be set up master cylinder went the day when i took it to be booked in changed it now
