I wouldnt bother replacing this, its looks strong, unlike mine, that was just holding on by a few good welds

Rubbing it down, use some form of rust eater ( http://www.silmid.com/products/index.asp?product=SURA06 << This is good ) Red oxide primer, followed by an etch then top coat...

Not bad work rob, when i removed my soundprofing it was soaked like yours, on the pasengers side tho. i've got to remove my dash out of mine soon, i'm dreding it lol

If the drivers side floor is wet it will prob be the fuse box as mine was like it

Rob judging by what i can see i'd say theres more to that battery tray than meets the eye my bet is water is coming in there like mine

Also how do ya get the fuse box out and detach it from the wiring if you can as i need to put a new fuse box tray in aswell
