Has anyone converted a set of bike throttle bodies, to run on a 2oltr zetec engine. whats involved to do the conversion and what sort of power can be acheived. I have a set of yamaha R1 throttle bodies and omex 600 managment for the coversion a just woundered whats involved, any help would be appreciated.

 

PM 'luke89' he did this conversion on a 1.8 zetec using mega squirt management, and i think hes in the procces of doing it again now with a 2.0 turbo and a custom plenum on squirt.

 

im fitting a set of hayabusa ones to a 1600zetec at the moment, you will need a inlet manifold making for it, are they throttle bodys or carbs on the r1?
