Default my zetec converted MK2 orion

here be my faithful mk2 onion sporting a fine 1.6CVH lump, after seliing my 3 door and 2 saffs and keeping the orion so i could still pay my morgage, she felt a bit slow!turbo was outta the question for now,as i got bills to pay!
zetec idea sounded perfect,a nice clean fresh build 2 litre focus lump, with a few mods, chipped, custom loom and a nice 4 branch and induction kit were soon mine.it isnt finnished yet,but shouldnt be much longer thn a week till it is!the bumpers for smashed when i got smacked up the arse by a woman

sadly with the manifold on,the starter is to tight to fit!so gotta think of another plan for that one!

nice car mate

love the rear clusters, where you get them? I don't mind my orange repeaters, but was thinking about trying some clear ones all round, those are spot on

yeah, always liked the clear look, although when I posted the pics of my new Orion on here, most people suggested staying orange.

Mine is a lot more standard looking than yours though, maybe that's why. My post is still on here, wee bit further down, check it out

What are they tinted with mate? Are they painted or is it red vinyl like what is used on window tints?

Looks well nice, i like the orions aswell

Ive looked at the pics 3 times now and id be tempted to remove the silver bits round the window/doors/bumpers, still keep the black bits for protection etc but i think losing the silver will only do it favors

Its already finished and he's had it on the dyno but had some issues..... It revs its nuts off and the exhaust is too loud so he's getting another made up, some pulse tuning is needed, the standard water pump is crap and he's looking into making a dry sump fit

well, its all wired up and piped up bar the top hose, rad is in manifold is wrapped and now fits around the starter!had to make a cossie fan fit the rad as its thinner then the std one as the manifold is so HUGE!
induction kit is sorta on,tho it dont fit as the brake servo is in the way
so more custom pipes needed!!

just fuel tank and front end reconstruction to do!
