Default Price to get rods skimmed and honed?

I have a set of steel rods in front of me that have spun a shell on one rod.

Ive just bought these off of someone on ebay, who didnt mention this fact.

Dont want to quote prices myself as an estimate for the work involved in fixing it as ive not ever had it done, so would be guessing basically (although obviously I have an idea approximately anyway), so was wondering if anyone on here who has had it done fairly recently (ie last year or two not ten years ago) could remember what they paid for the work?

Seller seems amicable in sorting something out, so I think I might suggest we go halves on the work or something like that, but before I go down the route of offering that it would be good to have as good an idea as possible of the cost.
The damage isnt massively bad, in places the honing marks are still visible, so its only going to need a very light skim and hone I believe.

Here is a picture of the cap from the offending rod (on left) next to one of the ones that isnt damaged:

Had my v6 rods all resized and cost 20+vat per rod if that helps. This was in Dec 2006.
