Default ZVH v Zetec installation ?

How much more difficult is it to installa complete 16v zetec opposed to a zvh?

I was thinking going down the zvh route because the head is retained which keeps things such as inlet / exhuast manifolds, but am starting to think about the 16v now, as I would want to have a reasonablly good head on the cvh (stage 2/3) which is gonna cost £xxx, whereas the zetec head as standard will be almost as good as a fully modded cvh, so there is money to be saved there.

Then there is the old saying of the zvh being a bodge, I just want to wiegh up how much more difficult a zetec install would be compared to the zvh.

Thanks!

ive build a zvh a few years ago now im going zetec as that has a bigger scope for power over the zvh plus its less hassle, ok you have to either get an adapter plate or modify the head to take inlets & exhaust housings or get costom ones made up whereas on the zvh you have to block oil ports on the block & drill the side of it to adapt the water pump etc....both need the back engine mount modified but im not sure whether there is enough room for the 16v head

What is the deal with the inlet side of things ?

Do people use a mk5 inlet with modified fuel rail? or do people tend to use the rover inlet manifold or take a totally different approach ?

Thanks.
