Default noise cancelling headphones

i've seen a lot of people wearing these on flights and thought about getting a pair but they were a little expensive - particularly the real good ones like BOSE.

just got an email from Tchibo saying they have some for £25 - got to be worth a try for that price - even if they only block out half what the missus says

you pay 200 quid for a product and it works great,
you pay 20 quid for a supposed equivalent product and it doesn't work,
have you wasted 200 quid or 20 ?

don't get it tony?

i didn't expect a £25 pair to be as good as a £200 pair bose or sennheisser, but i did expect that they might do something

I brought a set of bose top of the range ones £335 ? all i can say it the world goes quite when you turn them on

I got them for a flight to Florida and there was loads of screaming kidds on the flight i could not hear them worth the £££

I now use them at work, i do porting on 2 stroke cylinders and sit there with them plugged in to a DAB and listen to kiss, They are that good i can not here the Air grinder Fookin ACE

yes, they came with it

all that it seems to do is amplify the music that you're listening to so you've less chance of hearing what's going on around you

PJ ENGINEERING (PROX) that sounds superb

I went for a set of the BOSE quite comfort headphones. These are NOT noise cancelling ones,, they are the cheaper ones (about £140 odd IIRC).

I have to say, they are stunning! Very comfy, and they cut out noise by totally covering your ears. I used them on a Trans Atlantic flight relatively recently to great succuess - Wifey told me that there was a screaming baby most of the way back - I knew nothing!!!!
