i beleave the rs 1600i head has bigger valves

if i remember correctly it did have 1mm bigger valves. they were also sodium filled i think. it was generally a better head from the factory than the other cvh heads were.

rs head valves are also sodium filled.... but yes rs 1600i have bigger valves

i thaught only s1's had sodium filled valves

Yes, on the outlet side. RS1600i didn't have them

The RSi head also has the round exhaust ports, one of the best flowing heads i believe.

Ask in the RSi section they will have a better answer in there for you i expect

16i heads have bigger valves, round exhaust ports, special cam, adjustabe tappets instead of hydralic lifters

they were basicly detuned race cars with konis, 4 branch manifold, shame they used xr3 brakes

the race cars used to make 160bhp on a dizzy instead of the production 16i's twin coils, the ecu was modded too
