Well i thought it was time i did a new post for my project i brought the other week, seeing i finally took a deposit on my cabrio today Its goes tuesday - The end of an era after 7 years!

Have wanted another black one for some time and when this came up i snapped it up. Nice to have a different colour car on the drive as there are 4 white ones at the mo

Pis of the day i picked it up.








This weekend i started doing a few bits and bobs to it, ditched all the the loom in the door ready to wire in an efi one. Changed the tailgate for one with a 90 spec spoiler. Also decided to strip everything out, to check how clean it really was, I was amazed by how clean it is

a few bits from work rear lights are brand new and not made any more. think i have order every nut and bolt for it my cat loves the recaro's

What plans do you have for an engine?

Just a few bits i done to day binned all the ABS and Brake lines and front and rear Car should be gone soon for a clean up at the painters, only a few bits that need doing. All the nuts and bolts on this car come off with ease thank god as i know what some of them are like Need to find a good powder coats near to me now to get a few bits done Should have this running by end of april cant wait

i would like it done for central day but i have to push the boat out if it was going to be just going to take my time to do it right. can only do what my bank will let me spent a few ŁŁŁ at work already

Alex, come see me next week for powder coating I am (Hopefully) having my oven fitted this Sunday (Bloke is booked to do the electrics, but not sure if he will turn up)....

Also, I have my own paint gun if you need any painting done? Have you seen how JB's de-locked doors came out?? not bad for my first attempt
