urgent help airbag light staying on

Default urgent help airbag light staying on

can anyone help for the second time ive re booked the car for its
m.o.t tomoz {friday} and the bloody airbag light is staying on now


the car is a L reg astra also the horn dont work ive had the steering
wheel of to check all contacts, when i start engine up the airbag light
goes out then come's back on, if i press the horn the relay clicks
but horn doesnt work and i do have live to it when its pressed,,,,,,,,,,

i dont know about the horn but my car passed its taxi test last week with its airbag light on, the tester said its not part of the test so i wouldnt worry about that but it will fail if the horn isnt working but good luck any way.

just put an air horn on the dash should pass then i think?

spot on thats the reply i really wanted because its going for a test to
be used as a taxi car

i will just sort the horn out then

i will fit a diffrent switch to the dash for the horn

i think its the dam module behind the steering wheel it must be an earth
i will try fitting an earth to the battery first then see what happends...

it has live when i press the horn but it doesnt do anything
