Default YB oil pressure - seems a bit low ?

40 psi on start up

20 psi on idle once fully warm

about 30 - 35 psi driving at about 1.5k rpm once fully warm

40 - 45 psi when giving it stick and fully warm.

About right or a bit low

(ps it is on a Tim electric gauge so not sure how accurate these are)

Engine is 102k miles stage 1. Never been rebuilt.

is a bit low on higher revs by the sound of it...

20 psi is a bit low on idle too.

check with another gauge to rule that out but if its the same, it means the engine is stating to wear i think.

by the book at warm idle should be 1.8 bar and at 2500rpm 2.4 bar

Cheers chaps. Sounds like its a bit low at warm idle then. It may be that the gauge is crap.

Does this sound like rebuild time if the figures are correct?
