Davey thats a superb piece of software, every pc should come with that BUT it doesnt clear spyware.
Run spybot search and destroy, and Adaware se, both can be found for free on here http://www.filehippo.com/

Update both before running, then go here http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ and do an online scan(this really does work because ive used it myself on 2 occasions) its pretty much the best FREE online scanner out there, one of the very few that doesnt say "yeah your pc is screwed, buy software from here"

I use SpyBot and AdAware to scan and remove, and also have SpywareGuard and Spy Blaster running in the background to prevent some coming in....
