Been given that number which is supposed to be a resistor. Can someone confirm that it is. The guy who gave me the number wasn't sure about the third character.
What is the value of the resistor if it is?

Dug it out, the Ford number shows 896B-17K499-AA, I always thought Ford
part nos started 2 numbers 2 letters, but the other half has better eyesight than me assures me it starts 896B.

Thats not the Finis code you have there, thats the part number, but Ford muppets should still be able to use that in Microcat

I'm hoping that someone will be able to check up on the part description and it will say the value. As I said I'm not sure the part number is correct so was hoping someone could confirm either way!

I suspected it would be a Mk3 Fiesta part cos it started with 89, There was some confusion whether it was a resistor or capacitor!!
