How come you want it removing? Is it quite restrictive?

yes the ABS on my mk3 mondeo is rubbish, it seems to cut in a long way before the wheel wants to lock. And then when it was activated, the car just does not stop!!

I wish i could get rid of it too

Probably not, try them all until the TC/ABS lights come on.

You'll probably find it'll be a fuse in the fusebox under the bonnet and it'll probably have a little protective cover over it aswell.

Only thing to note is on the 04 focus when you pull the abs fuse the power steering goes tits up as does the speedo as both units get feeds from the abs ecu. Not sure if the mondeo is the same though?

u wana leave the abs module pluged in but take the 2 associated fuses out the aux box in the engine bay, back of owners handbook is a list of fuses mate it tells you what ones to take out i think there like 15w or smaller fuses if my memory serves me right. Taking out the abs module itself aka the big fuse with the abs logo can give you probs when you put it back in the dash lights up like a lighthouse and wont go out if u unlucky.
