My sister has an R registered 1.8 GTI and is after a service, what is the oil to use and also which plugs should she go for?

5/30 oil, not sure wot plugs, i just got the ones from ford! 
Clutch took me 3days but only coz i got sent the wrong 1 to start with! but recon bout 3-4 hours to do one!
