Give you a small tip if you choose to chase em into the wall....

1) Buy a couple of "junction boxes" - like wall plug sockets, but with a blank face rather than a plug face. Run your cables into one down the bottom of the wall, then fit another behind the TV for them to exit.

2) Work out what you need, and then work out what you MIGHT need in the future, then fit double that ammount. Last thing you wanna do is fit your cables, then in 6months realise you need a HDMI lead or a second set of component leads!!!

3) When fitting your cables into the conduit in the wall (do use conduit, not just into a bare wall channel). run half a dozen lengths of string down there aswell, tied off at the top and bottom. Why? Cos if you need to run a new cable in there in the future, all you have to do is attach the nex cable to the string at the bottom (or top) then then simply pull the other end of the string out, pulling your new cable through
