Escort rs turbo 1988 E reg (FSH and every mot since new)
Due to starting a new job with better pay I’ve decided to part with my rs as fancy buying something new in March.
The car is in fantastic condition its not mint but very very good, only thing rust wise is a little bit on the front of bonnet and on one rear arch, the usual places like roof battery tray wings and fuse box are all mint and is solid underneath.
Interior is very good with no sagging bolsters burns or rips and is very clean.
It has a fsh and has covered 99000 miles also has all mot’s from new and a folder for over 10k worth of receipts from new also.
Cat 1 r/c alarm
It has been heavily modified having the zvh conversion done with decent efi injection fitted also.
All conversion work is very low mileage and have all receipts for the work carried out.
Looking for £3000 not really open to offers as will see how it does at that price as it is a decent price for a clean and tidy turbo at that spec.

That is basically my car it is very good for its age with no rust but it has had some welding on the underneath to get it through it MOT
but its very hard to find cars of this age that havent had some sort of welding done to them,
but as like any car there some bad points, these are..

-minor stone chips on rear arches
-moisture in headlights (replacements provided)
-washer bottle motor broken (genuine FORD replacement provided)
-drivers door pocket come loose, only minor.
-bottom of steering wheel, leather has begun to come undone

As you can see the bad points are nothing serious so please dont let this put you off, this is a nice car which drives lovely.
I have most of the old MOT's bar the odd one thats missing and a huge A4 folder of receipts of work that has been carried out on the car.
Its had about £5000 spent on it since i've owned it and it hasn't even been a year yet! Its never been taken out in wet weather and always covered up every night
