hi can someone post some pics of mk2s with forrest arches group 4 s and tarmac arches as i dont know the difference im not sure what ones to buy i want to fit fibre glass ones to keep costs down does anybody recomend a certain one cheers

Hello mate, I've got no pics but forest are approx 1-2" wider, Tarmac 2-3" wider and Monte' Carlo arches are just massive, especially at the back,I've got these and there about 5" wider,Oh yes!
All fibreglass arches are totally different in shape to the above, they are much more rounded and not to everyones taste, if yor using the car for rallying then the slightest knock and they'll shatter and come off I'm afraid.
Gartrac arches will fit very nice but your looking at over £300 for the 4, I got mine from Prepfab motorsport, there allright and cost about £250, and you'll need a nice gp4 front splitter/valence, only about £60.
