Default Spraying the inside of the boot floor?

The inside of my boot floor in my ERST looks a bit shabby, the paint is all scratched up, so i wana know how i would go about painting it, i thought of having ago myself with some primmer and spray cans, so I was just wondering if anyone had done it themselves, and give us some pointers, the plan is to strip out all the interior, sand the boot down put a coat of primmer on then say two coats of paint and some laquer, sound about right?

Yeah mate you'll be fine, strip away as much as you can and the key is all in the preperation. Makesure you get a nice smooth finsih when rubbing it all down with wet and flat. Start with a 400 depending on how bad it is and bring it down to a 1200 for a top notch job. Make sure you mask up absoulty everything as overspray is a bitch. Prime it up and when that's dry give that a flat with the 1200 before painting. You gotta be careful with the cans, so you go in one direction, release the nozzle the come back again the other way. If you dont you get a big build up on either side where it's go over the same are double the times. Halford mix up any paint code in a spray can for 9.99, you'll need to cans.

Good luck

it is pretty easy really, I'd just say give yourself a good couple of days to do it.
