if you can weld, build it yourself. buy a piece of pipe 4 or 5cm ex. diameter, 2 or 3 mm thick, a strip 2 or 3 mm thick and bend that round the turret en weld it together job done

Philloy custom made a rear and front strutbrace for mine
The rear one is bolted to brackets welded to turrets, so it can be removed if needed
