Default MGF 1.8i VVC engine upgrades

Anyone know of anything that can be done to these??

One of the birds in work has just blown her headgasket so was thinking of having some work done while its out. She was thinking of throttle boddies on it. Is it worth it to her for someone who's hardly ever going to be on the track?? She uses the car everyday and doesn't believe me that it will sup alot more fuel.

I said to get a filter and a chip on it as she already has a stainless system on it. Cams?? Lighten and balance??

Anything else that anyone can think of? Best value performance mod??

CheeRS in advance kids
