Does anyone have any instructions on how to fit an RS 500 style Intercooler to a 1992 K reg Big Turbo Escort Cosowrth.??

i don't know of any " instructions " but you will need to remove the rad, hoses and the old intercooler. you will need a charge cooler bypass hose ( try samco or rouse ) with that lot out of the way you need the fittings ( same as the rad mounts , bolt, spacer & bushes ) the cooler will then " just " bolt to the body ( just before the rad mount ( the raised part ) there should be two captive nuts ).

you may need to " mod " the front cross panel to fit pending on the cooler...

refit the rad and hoses, job`s a good`n
