which is same as mine.

so 0-100 around 6.88 ish.


Kev's Escos = mid 5's.
Steve scotts fiecos = 5.5's
Shaun B's never seen/heard of fast sprints, more a track car.

That was a Wet time, on low boost and clutch and transfer chain issues,

In the dry in same spec, (and on Nankangs) but running well,

Mines a proven 6.88, and also 6.9 on 2 different runs on Datron timing gear. in June 05

 

My fastest is 8.9

 

Mine should be in the 8's, if I ever get a dry day without any failures

Wasn't that car in one of the Ford mags and on the front cover they mentioned that sort of 0-60 time but when you read the feature they recorded just under 3 secs?

0-60 = 3.03
0-100 = 6.88
0-150 =18.9
100-150 = 12.04
100-170 = 23.62 (Done @ brunters, 10/05 for PF on 23psi boost and mega rich fueling)
1/4 = 11.1 @ 124

Here's mine... this was the run i pinned it to the limiter (not the fastest 60 or 100 but at least it gives the full run details rather than the best bit of various runs)

0-60 = 4.19
0-100 = 7.59
0-150 = 15.77
0-170 = 21.92

qtr was 11.90 @ 133.19
60ft was.... 2.42sec (i know i know its awful but the track was not grippy)

Along with trying for the 1st (that i've ever heard of) fully trimmed road going 2wd sierra to do a 10sec qtr.

The jag diff is a 3.54 so quite a bit taller than my 3.9. i'm hoping it wont slow the acceleration too much that i run out of room on the runway.

yep, we timed it, but unfortunatly pat was not available on the day to drive the car, one of the mechanics was behind the wheel, as you can clearly see in the pics

the car has its own datalogging equipment F2 or summut, and pat has previously recorded a 1.9 second 0-60 at one his races...

 

Just seen my 0-100 as 7.15 thats 3 engine specs ago try 6.87 in my last one.

Who's that aimed at?

 

No-one... it just shows the full picture without the launch having alot to do with it (ie i had grip from 60mph onwards)... on the same day i did 4.10-60mph and 7.34-100mph (one run) but stopped accelerating after about 140mph as the tyre pressure was dropped to help traction and didnt fancy flat out on 15psi


I have had a 3.9 0-60 (12months ago) but if i'd put that it would of not read right for veiwing acceleration speeds.

 

Is that some kind of challenge talk

Hopefully we will be at the same shootout so will make a fun day...

Just thought i would ask.

all my times are from 1 run, except the 100 -170.
But i did 2 idetical runs with in 5 minutes, 0-60 3.03 + 3.04, 0-100 6.88 and 6.91, and 0-150 in 18.9 and 19.1, and both 11.1@ 124 mph.


When i bother getting it back on the road, i exspect to smash my previous times, with Good year F1 tyres, and a car running its full power (480 bhp)/and with out issues and good weather.
