Just bought a POWERBALL Gyro gadget - Its awesome....My arms hurting now though!!!!

I had one when they came out three years ago!!!!!

 

my ex bought me one for christmas last year (2005)

except ot didnt come with the bit of string to get it started so i have never used it

Two of my cats where running around like a nutters and I followed to see what was a matter.. one the cats was chasing the other and was going for his bum On closer look my cat had my powerball string hanging out of its arse where it had obviously eaten it and the other cat was chasing after it

The Power ball was never used again

 

Are they actually good for your wrists? I have problems with tendonitis in both my wrists and if this actually helps I might get one.

what does it do

 

i tried to explain to a mate imagine a ball in a dish & you hold the dish & try & spin the ball round & round, well its like that but smaller its supposed to work your arms out & you can feal it working like & it can tire you out if you go fast all the time

mate paid Ł27 from gadget shop for it tho

 

Its a gyroscope

When it spins fast its hard to hold and move round - gives your wrist, arm etc a good workout, the faster it spins the harder to hold and move, the more you move it round ( with correct timing ) the faster it spins!
