mine was fully resprayed apart from the under bonnet as it was only a 1.3

you can paint any car any colour mate just time and patiance oh and cash obviously lol

ive bought all mine locally im looking for a red 1.3 at the moment just found a nice clean one so gunna leave a note on it :P

 

if you mean me mate, then no the bay isnt red i sprayed the full thing inside and out

bay pic even though its not done yet for ya as you can see im having a bit made to go between the carp and the turbo pipe work

 

ok cheers well where can i find a mk4 escort 1.3/1.4? ive loooked on ebay/trader/here/xchange n mart every where help us for ideas but still gaving to wait till next april

mate check your other thread in the rs turbo section ive just left a bloddy essay in there lol

also if u see one locally that looks good that isent for sale theres no harm in leaving a note with an offer and a phone number on the window is there

ebay is the best place but trader is usually good and alwasy check the bargin cars in the papers they may not have pictures but local papers are local so cant be hard to get to veiw the cars

ill have a check on ebay oh and just for reffernce H was the newest year of mk 4 so be aware thata H plate could be mk 4 or mk 5

 

ok thanks so they made them upto an early 91 then but anything from ? summert to an early 91 wat i will do is stick around the 90 mark

if i had to buy a blue one coz theres a lot of blue ones about when you se them there all blue on the trader

She's running a 2.0 zetec, RST box, full stainless, superchipped, cone filter, full RST interior etc - going for mot 2moz then its time to sell her

 

bumpers are easy mate, there just 4 bolts and a few screws and a straight sway over.
door stripe i just pull em off lol,
and the mirrors are another straight swap with 4 screws in each

 

would u happen to know the tyres size on the cosworth alloys

 

no id ont know the size but im guessing a 17?
would i be able to fit the bumpers and spoiler without affecting insurance?

i belive there somthing like a 205/40r16

 

cossy wheels are 215 35 R16 but they still rubbed like a twat and the camber had to be miles out hense there being no tread on the inside edge of the tires lol

 

heres mine at the moment only just got it but have some plans for her.
