1.9 gti wheels painted anthracite with silver polished lip

what box, brakes and suspension does it have
who done the conversion ?
is it running on the mi loom or does it have dizzy adapter?

To help you out Jay..

Should really be 1500 quid upwards or there abouts- from the pics looks like its on Mi16 management (no dizzy- just the cap) a let down is its a 1.6. All the running gear is inferior to the 1.9 stuff - so expect to get asked if its got 1.9 stuff on it as a lot of people change it over.
(basically none of the bigger brakes etc bolt straight on- drive shafts are smaller and suspension arms and stuff- from what I am led to believe)

I'm fucked if I know how to tell the diff.

As you dont know much about it box/brakes etc its gonna be a pain as those are the questiosn people will ask- but for what little you know I am sure you aint gonna see less than 1500 quid- that seems to be going rate for somet like that on fleabay

could,nt even tell u what breaks , suspension and box is in it a bought it the way it sits it goes well, stops well and actually handles the road well and gets quite decent traction .

its got a big pile of reciepts with it so al have a look see if a can make anything out of them .

got it from one of my mates he got it from some guy in broxburn

do u know anything about them as going to need to change the ads as was out in it earlier and cant get fifth gear was getting tricky to get it in to it now a cant get fifth its like it goes in but its like its in neutreul think its the selector but cant be sure so am going to need to chajnge ad or withdraw from sale as not wantin to sell 4 peanuts .

 

Ill ask a few mates who has them i they have a spare box if that helps .

a dont think its the box as its like it just not selecting a gear as theres no crunching and it aint stiff or that so al have a fuck about with it 2moro or saturday but that would be good if u can do that fur us am just in armadale anyway cheers

 

yeah thaught u were local,seen this at tesco petrol station at 6 oclock last nite,looks a very sweet wee 205!!

couldnt tell u mate came thru a friend who got it from a guy in broxburn but could be as there arent many clean ones about
